Being in business for 3 decades is an achievement that calls for a celebration. Omis celebrates its 30th founding anniversary on 02 May 2015 at Le Meridien Hotel, Airport Road, Dubai. The celebration provides the opportunity to share Omis story and to thank all employees. The significant parts are the recognition and awarding of workers who have reached more than 20 years of their services in the company; selection and awarding of 5 workers in recognition of their excellent work performance; and awarding of those who participated in the “Think-to-Create” program.

A Developmental Workshop focuses on Performance Excellence & Creativity held at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates on 28th of March 2015. The workshop was graced by Omis Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Omar Mohd. Salim Al Owais and Omis General Manager, Engr. Qays Tawfiq Al Barbarawi.

The Guest Speaker, Mr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Media & Communication Manager at UCS, has twenty years of comprehensive community experience and formerly worked as a Field Engineering Instructor in UAE Army, Head of Investigation Section, Manager of Criminal Investigation Section, Manager of Inland Zone Investigation, and later as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Dubai Customs. On the other hand, he is also hosting and conducting more than thirty professional courses and workshops in various topics to view social and educational sectors with a different lens.

Part of an emergency plan, a fire drill has been conducted at our Osaimi Apartments & Beach Resorts project in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai last February 05, 2014 to carry out our HSE policy and practices and in compliance with the set standards, requirements, procedures, and guidelines of U.A.E. law.
