A day of grounding, movement, nourishment, and restoration ✨

This weekend we hosted a beautiful Healing Retreat at Boom, in collaboration with and facilitator

Guests moved through barefoot grounding beneath the neem tree, reformative yoga in the Gunpowder Art Gallery, voice therapy, poolside lunch overlooking Nelson’s Dockyard, and relaxing mini massage sessions on the Boom daybeds.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special experience. We can’t wait to do it again.
