The sea is even more beautiful when it's rough on the beach of Qerret. Nearby are our two apartments, Sunset and Relax Apartment. They are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need — from Wi-Fi and smart TV, to fully equipped kitchen areas with all essentials and brand-new 2024 appliances, comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, and clean bathrooms. Our apartments are located just 400 meters from the sea, in the Qerret area, along the coastline extension of Golem. The clean sandy shore and crystal-clear water, together with sunlight throughout the day, make this area a favorite beach destination.
Our apartments are situated in a well-developed area with proper infrastructure, including markets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and other service units such as ATMs, pharmacies, and more.

"Relax Apartment" is located just 400 meters from the sea, in the Qerret area, part of the Golem coastal line. The apartment is on the 5th floor (not the top floor) of a new building completed at the end of 2023.

The location is just 40 minutes from the airport and less than 20 minutes from the Port of Durrës, making it easily accessible whether you arrive by car or ferry to Albania.
Free parking is available in the building’s courtyard. The residence is equipped with a modern elevator with ventilation, well-maintained and regularly inspected.
The apartment features two rooms: a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable lounge space with a large sofa, a 50-inch Samsung TV, and a modern air conditioner. The refrigerator is large and brand new.
There are two wardrobes for clothes and luggage in the entrance area, where you'll also find a modern washing machine. The bedroom includes a super comfortable double bed and two single bunk beds, along with a large wardrobe for clothes and linens.
The bathroom is also modern and functional, very clean, and equipped with everything you need — including a glass shower cabin, LED-lit mirror, and more, as shown in the photos.
Relax Apartment is ideal for couples and families with one or two children.
On the ground floor of the building, there's a shop that sells groceries and beach items, where in addition to everyday essentials, you can also buy fresh figs and local products from the Durrës and Kavaja areas.
Nearby, you'll find bars and restaurants offering a variety of menus — from traditional Albanian cuisine to fresh seafood, grilled meats, and even vegan options.
The beach is just a short 3-minute walk away, along the beautiful Qerret coastline. There is both a free public area and a private section with sunbeds available for rent, currently at €10 per day.

A sunny day today in Qerret — the sea was calm and without waves, with an "oily" water that invites you in and makes you never want to leave. Staying under the umbrella until sunset was incredibly relaxing.
