Here at Fresh@110 and Silver Bullet Catering, we are looking for casual wait staff, baristas, and cooks to fill positions that are available immediately as our hospitality team grows. Following a probationary period, permanent roles may be available with hours to be discussed with the successful candidates. We are looking for bright and friendly individuals who have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, applicants will have availability on weekdays and/or weekends coming into the workplace with a "can-do" attitude.

Please note that our restaurant EATS@66 here at the Armidale Motel will reopen on Friday night the 19th and will also be open Saturday night. We have a fabulous winter menu, to treat the taste buds. Come to the north side of town, enjoy the magnificent views over town and say hello! We are fully licensed and looking forward to your company. Due to continued growth in our business, Armidale Motel/ Eats@66 has a wonderful opportunity for experienced Cooks/ Chefs to join our growing team!
This position will be ideal for someone who has experience in kitchens, with a passion to be instrumental in shaping the growth of a young business. Eats@66 is a popular dining destination primarily focused on the motel guests with a growing local following.

These positions would suit a passionate chef or cook who enjoys being part of a dynamic hard-working team. This role includes a flexible roster including public holidays & previous experience is a must. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

To be successful in this role you will:-

Be extremely well presented
Work in a friendly and respectful manner.
Have communication skills and great ability to work as part of the team
Outstanding multitasking capability
Ability to take initiative and to be seen as a leader
An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality consistent food products
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
High standard of personal hygiene and exceptional food prep, cooking and food presentation skills.
An ability to interact with house guests and contribute to their dining experience.
