Setting up an air scrubber inside a contaminated room ≠ containment.
This is the single most common mistake we see across mould remediation jobsites: a HEPA scrubber running inside the affected area, plastic sheeting tacked up, and the crew calling it "contained." But without proper negative air pressure, spores still escape every time someone opens the zipper.
We've just put together a full walkthrough showing how to set it up properly:
→ Building a real containment barrier (ZipWall + 160µm poly)
→ Where to position the air scrubber for actual negative pressure
→ Make-up air filter placement (the step most crews skip)
→ Verifying negative pressure with a manometer instead of assuming
