My first painting for a very long time. I mean a very long time. I was so nervous about doing this because I was worried I may have forgotten all that I had learnt which is crazy of course but it was there regardless.
I have a friend Pete Williams who takes photos of ships, not your usual type of ship photos, they are close ups. I love the detail that he captures in these photos and really wanted to paint one. This is a close up of the writing on the side of the ship, it's the full stop between letters. Yes you read correctly the full stop, the dot, the bit we usually miss.
Melbourne based musician who also likes to make art and ponder life and all it has to offer. Curious, always learning keen to ask the big questions.
