🌟 Service that goes above and beyond.

We were incredibly touched to receive this wonderful review from a guest who shared their experience with Charlie and Gustavo.

“Charlie and Gustavo provided service that was outstanding. They went above and beyond, making me feel special and important.”

From taking the initiative to find information rather than simply sending a guest online, to waiting outside in the cold for a taxi so the guest could stay warm inside — these are the moments that make genuine hospitality so special. ❤️

We’re especially proud to see our team recognised for creating that feeling of being cared for, and even more so knowing this was the guest’s second review highlighting their consistently outstanding service.

A huge thank you to Charlie and Gustavo for being such wonderful representatives of the Quest Collingwood team. 👏

And to our guest — thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re honoured to be your go-to hotel whenever you’re in Melbourne! 🏨✨
