Due to a significant increase in guest numbers, Lemonthyme Wilderness Retreat is seeking an additional couple to join our team as enthusiastic all‑rounders for an immediate start!
Located in the beautiful Cradle Valley, just a 40‑minute drive from Cradle Mountain National Park, this role is ideal for individuals or couples with hospitality experience who enjoy variety and life in a stunning wilderness setting.

This is a multi‑role position where no two days are the same, immediate start Duties include:

• Primarily Food & Beverage shifts
• Basic reception support when required
• Occasional kitchen‑hand assistance
• Housekeeping help during busy periods

We offer cheap, subsidised staff accommodation and meals, making it easy to settle into our remote location.

All positions include a 1‑month casual probation period, with the opportunity to move into a more permanent role upon successful completion.

Backpackers are welcome to apply; however, our area does not qualify for the 88‑day visa requirement.

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
• A current RSA

Applicants must be willing and able to attend an interview in person.

Pay rates follow the Hospitality Award and depend on your experience and age.
