We had a great 5-night stay at Dusk to Dawn River Retreat. The house looks like it has just been renovated and sparkly clean. The bedrooms are comfortable. The living room is spacious and comfy. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. I like the modern big TV as well.
The kitchen is adequately equipped to prepare simple meals. We ate well during our stay. The Morriset supermarket is quite close.
We also enjoyed kayaking up and down the creek with the kayaks provided with the house. When the weather was fine, nothing beats the peace and quiet we enjoyed rowing and drifting on the calm water, watching the swans and ducks swimming lazily near us. My husband caught a big flathead right at the backyard of the house.
Weekender was fast responding to my message. When I said there was no coffee capsules and tea left, they delivered those right away.
One note though: it would have been perfect if the cleaner could check the supply of the consumables before the guests arrive. No Shampoos.
