Our guests have been swooning over the gorgeous new teak kitchen utensil set from Pure Pantry Co, and we don’t blame them. Beautifully crafted, effortlessly functional, and the perfect companion for long, relaxed cooking sessions at OASISinAdelaide.

We have been focusing on sustainability in the kitchen, and it’s the thoughtful kitchen inclusions that turn a weekend away into something truly special.

Pancakes are so delicious when made with Barossa eggs and South Australian milk with the cream on top from Paris Creek Farms, all available at our local Dulwich Grocer that is so well stocked and open from 7:30am until 9pm every day!! Surprised myself with just adding a few drops of lemon juice without any sugar! Low tox for the kitchen and low tox for me.

The stunning Alex Steinbach white grand piano invites visitors to pause, play, and enjoy something truly special while shopping in one of Adelaide’s most beautiful destinations. Music, luxury, and atmosphere come together effortlessly.

And for those arriving or departing the city, a final (or first) melody on the piano supplied by Leaver and Son, awaits at Adelaide Airport, just outside the Virgin Lounge, a gentle reminder that Adelaide knows how to welcome its guests.

The Bath Hotel, The Parade Norwood

Christmas time at the Bath Hotel was all about relaxed elegance and festive indulgence. ✨

From beautifully prepared dishes to an exceptional wine list, it’s always the perfect place to gather, unwind and celebrate. The chicken Caesar salad is a standout, crisp, generous and full of flavour, perfectly paired with a glass of Bird in Hand Sparkling Rosé for a touch of Christmas sparkle. Make sure you ask for the salad dressing on the side, and share someone’s fries 😂

Whether it’s a long lunch or an evening catch-up, the Bath Hotel delivers great food, excellent wine and the kind of atmosphere that makes Christmas feel effortless. 🥂🍾🎄

Burnside Village 🥰

After years of dreaming about how our local shopping centre could look following its make over, it has exceeded our wildest dreams!! Love Burnside Village so so much, with beautiful new stores alongside our long time favourites.

Gorgeous development by the Cohen Group, retaining its title of ‘Where Fashion Lives’ in Adelaide, Burnside Village, with a curated selection of both international and Australian fashion designers.

The architectural and interior design for Stage 6 was led by Buchan, which created spaces that complement the existing mall while elevating its design language. Wide, light-filled malls with glazed atrium ceilings and interconnecting voids between levels give the centre a modern, airy feel, blending functionality with aesthetic impact.

Construction was managed by Hansen Yuncken, with the support of South Australian contractors, consultants, and suppliers. A standout feature is the custom-sourced Lanik roof, designed and manufactured in Spain. Just a short Uber ride to Adelaide’s city centre, OasisInAdelaide offers the luxury of calm living with the convenience of being moments from the action. Also just one block from the local bus, which goes past Burnside Village and into the city, in case you need to follow Cate Blanchett’s lead, and avoid sitting to keep your party dress pristine and crease free. 🎉✨

A delightful impromptu visit to the Adelaide Central Market. Remember to check opening hours, we were lucky it was Tuesday morning and the atmosphere was buzzing.

A true foodie’s paradise, with so many incredible local products to discover and sample. We loved refreshing smoothies from Jamu, the perfect pick-me-up while exploring the market.

It was also fantastic to see the progress taking shape next door with Multiplex, so subtle from inside the market, but impossible to miss outside, as the distinctive brick archways are taking shape beautifully.

Even better, so many of our market favourites remain just as accessible as ever, from The Smelly Cheese Shop, Lucias, Atlas Continental, to Zuma Caffe and Haighes chocolates along with some exciting new finds we can’t wait to revisit, such as Les Deux Coqs (delicious apple tart and ham and cheese croissant- both consumed before picture could be taken 🤩).

Adelaide living at its finest. Always gets a tick of approval from our gorgeous teenager.
