The Pan Pacific Melbourne is located at South Wharf & was formally the Melbourne Hilton. It has undergone a refurb & as you can see is a very impressive 5* hotel.
🇦🇺 Drop by the Dock 37 Bar & Restaurant attached to the hotel on the ground floor for a cocktail after exploring the Southbank precinct along the Yarra or even spent a day shopping at the DFO outlets that are a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

The weekend calls for another staycation in Melbourne this time with my mum & sister! It’s a belated Mother’s Day gift we have been trying to fit in since last May!
The Pan Pacific Melbourne is relatively new on the Melbourne cityscape having renovated the Melbourne Hilton in South Wharf. I have to say they have done a pretty good job of it.

Over the weekend we had the opportunity to check out the very luxurious InterContinental Melbourne.
🇦🇺 Seeped in history dating back to the late 1800’s, the building maintains its heritage charm from its humble beginnings as wool store.
🇦🇺 You can walk around the hotel & you’ll see lots of old photos & the lift even has the floor plans of the wool store. Definitely where old meets new!
🇦🇺 The hotel was nearly at full capacity with the Australian Open tennis commencing today. I’m sure I could have had a famous player sharing the same floor as us! 🎾
