A year ago, we opened the doors to Hollows Hut without knowing what the first 12 months would bring. ...

Today, 79 loafs of bread from , 57 bottles of wine from (thanks for coming on board), 69 positive reviews, and 79 happy couples later, we - now 2 proud - are reflecting on a year that exceeded every hope we had.
