Happy 70th Birthday to the one and only... My Mum! 🥳✨🧡

​We had the absolute best time celebrating your big milestone with an incredible party yesterday! A massive thank you to everyone who came along and helped us celebrate Mum in true 70's hippie style. To everyone who couldn’t make it in person, thank you so much for all of your lovely wishes, they meant the world to her! 😀

​It was a total blast from start to finish. Soooo much singing, dancing, and general craziness as always! Seeing everyone dressed up in their finest 70s gear was unforgettable (some of those outfits deserve their own hall of fame! 🕺💃✨).

​Mum, you are so loved, and yesterday was proof of just how bright you light up every moment 🩷 Here’s to 70 fabulous years and a whole lot more fun ahead!

Rest in peace to such a loving legend, Dolly Parton 🕊️✨

​The world has truly lost a bright light. Dolly was so much more than her music...She was pure heart, kindness, and unmatched generosity.

​From her Imagination Library putting millions of books into the hands of children, to always stepping up for families in need with disaster relief, she poured love into everything she touched. She wore a coat of many colors through her endless advocacy, always standing up for people and reminding us to lead with love.
​She brought joy to so many generations. Whether she was working 9 to 5 to lift others up or showing us how to shine, she was truly one of a kind.

​Thank you, Dolly, for being in our lives and for being the best of us. We will always love you. You are going to be missed so much, but your legacy will live on forever. ❤️

Well, had the heart popped under the hood today for an angiogram check-up! 🩺

​The good news? The plumbing is in mint condition. The arteries are completely clear, looking slick, and set up for the long haul. My body even decided to get creative and retrofit a few extra vessels along the way...always appreciate a free custom upgrade. 🛠️

​The electrical wiring, on the other hand… yeah, that’s where the drama lives. ⚡
​Now it’s on to solving the next piece of the puzzle to figure out what the system is actually doing. Like why my resting heart rate is comfortably chilling in the 40s and 50s...are the beats just feeling old-fashioned, or do I need a spark plug adjustment? Or maybe just a good spark up the arse? 😁 And then there’s the fun mystery of why my heart rate and blood pressure decide to hit the brakes and drop out mid-workout (or sometimes when just chilling, it likes to keep me guessing).

​Plumbing gets a 10/10, but the sparky definitely has some explaining to do. Onto the next round of detective work!
