Peterborough & Districts Lions Club is a very social group, we support many local events. Just some of the events we participate in throughout the year:

We deliver local telephone books

BBQ at the Basketball Grand Final
Variety Club Bash Dinner & Continental Breakfast

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

catering for many clubs such as car clubs, bus groups. November
Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner

Decorate Main Street
Peterborough Christmas Pageant including Donuts, Santa's Lollie Bags and Fairy Floss
Letters to Santa
Taking down Christmas Decorations in Main Street

Various Catering Events throughout the year and weekly Bingo Tickets on Main Street

We meet twice a month
1st Tuesday of the Month 7.30pm
Our Works planning meeting for the month held at Lion's Den Peterborough

3rd Tuesday of the Month 6.30pm for 7pm start
Dinner Meeting at Railway Hotel Peterborough

Welcome George and Bill to Peterborough & districts lion club. George we look forward to your time with our club. Bill has been a guest for at least 14 years as his wife Shirley has been a member. He finally surprised the hell out of her and became a member tonight. His father David Dearlove ( a charter member ) and his mum Glenys Edmonds (a member for over 30 yeard) would have been so proud. Laurie Edmonds ( also a charter member) his step father sponsored him.
