The 3 bedrooms will be made up ready to go and linen / bedding / towels for the sofa and single fold-out bed will be supplied. Upstairs comprises the living/dining and kitchen area with reverse-cycle airconditioning and a covered wrap-around deck for entertaining with a Weber family-sized BBQ. Both indoor and outdoor dining tables seat up to 8 people. Also on this level is the main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite, second bedroom with double bed, family bathroom, separate W/C , modern fully equipped kitchen with dual dish-drawer dishwashers and a fabulous north-facing sunroom providing an additional break-out space. Downstairs is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a single chair bed (see pics) and an additional living area with four-person dining setting, queen size sofa bed and bar fridge. Portable Bose Bluetooth connected stereo is provided. TV with Foxtel upstairs, TV with DVD player downstairs. Both TVs can connect to your individual Netflix, Stan or other online viewing platforms.
