Now it’s time to step inside.

This is one of our favourite views in Googong Hotel. From the top of the stairs, you can look down into the entrance and out across Bunyip Park.

It’s one of those moments where you stop and realise just how far the build has come and begin to imagine the moments that’ll be shared here.

Every day we’re one step closer to opening this spring and it’s exciting to see the vision becoming reality.

The building is quickly taking shape, now all we need is the people to bring it to life. If you love people, creating memorable moments and want to be part of the opening team, we would love to meet you.

We are currently recruiting for various positions for our team at Googong Hotel, from entry level to management. If you are looking for your first job or to take the reins, we have the role for you. We’re after people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others, take pride in what they do, love working in a team environment and understand that good hospitality is about making people feel welcome.

Many of you will already be familiar with the Royal Hotel Queanbeyan.

Now we’re excited to bring the same hospitality you know from RHQ to Googong, as we build the Googong Hotel.

This photo marks the moment construction began, when the first sod was turned on what will become Googong’s first local pub.

There’s still plenty to be done between now and opening day, so follow along as we share the journey and watch the Googong Hotel take shape.
