Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Executive OR 1–3 years as a Front Office Supervisor in a 3–5 star hotel.
• Degree/Diploma from a recognized Hotel School in Sri Lanka preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, pleasant personality with a guest-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Female candidates are preferred.

*RECEPTIONIST*
