This private, studio apartment in our large home is beautifully presented and positioned on the edge of the Bilgola Plateau escarpment between Newport and Bilgola Beach. Wake up with the sun and the sound of the kookaburras and open your door onto your own private deck from where you'll be able to enjoy your brekkie basking in the sunshine. Or you can take a refreshing dip in our beautiful solar-h

eated swimming pool. At night you can watch the moon rise over the Tasman and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the surf as it rolls onto Bilgola beach. Enjoy completely separate access, with private and quiet accommodation and deluxe appointments. Our open plan studio style apartment includes a designer bathroom and totally modern, well equipped kitchenette. A sumptuous queen size bed with all linen and towels are all provided. You can watch TV or movies on the big Sony flat-screen TV with DVD player (a variety of DVDs are included) or enjoy your own music from your phone or MP3 player via the provided Bluetooth portable stereo. A Weber BBQ and private outdoor dining area are also available, taking in the fabulous northerly views. Location: CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING
Avalon Horizons is centrally located to take advantage of all the attractions Sydney's Northern Beaches are famous for, including some of Australia's finest beaches, bush walks, shopping, cafes & restaurants and more. ON FOOT: a 10 - 15 minute downhill walk to Bilgola and Newport Beaches or trendy Avalon and Newport shopping centres. VIA BUS: a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Sydney (about a 1-hour ride peak time). BY CAR: less than 5 minute?s ride to Avalon, Bilgola or Newport beaches. 5 minute?s drive to Pittwater's Clareville Beach and 10 minute?s drive to Whale Beach or Palm Beach. 40 minute?s drive to the Harbour Bridge and Sydney. There is plenty of off street parking. Requests for a stay for less than the 3 night minimum will be considered, subject to availability, but will incur a modest cleaning charge. We are flexible so give us a call or email us to discuss your requirements. Complimentary linen and towel replacement provided for stays over 1 week
