Wow, wow, wow - many thanks for staying with us Martinah !
"I can highly recommend Edward Parry Motel in Tamworth NSW.
Beginning from when we initially booked our dates, we received a phone call soon after from the proprietors to confirm and ask of any pending requirements.
As we booked well in advance, a day before our arrival date we received a courtesy call from Steve to ensure we were still planning to stay with them.
Upon confirmation, an earlier check in time was offered, as we were travelling some distance, which we greatly accepted.
Once we arrived, Steve was very welcoming and check in was a breeze.
He also gave us some indication of what eateries & services were located nearby. And gave us some directions to where our function was, in regards to our motel location, that we were attending the following evening.
We took Steve"s advice & walked across the road to the little shopping hub & purchased lunch. We brought it back to eat & relaxed in the outdoor courtyard around the pool. ( The best Kebabs we have ever had!).
Our room was well equipped, with toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery & cutlery.
A little dining table with two chairs, large lounge & an extremely comfortable bed with nice pillows.
Our room had a nice sized bathroom with a shower over a generous sized bath tub.
Parking was great too. Easy access and large sized car park spaces which made all the difference. Excellent!!
Even though you are on a busy road, the room was quiet. You couldn't hear a noise.
Overall, we found Edward Parry Motel an excellent place to stay.
Clean, comfortable, quiet and lovely staff.
10/10.
We will definitely be recommending it to our friends and won't hesitate to rebook in the future when we need to come to Tamworth."
