We’ve been busy preparing for our camp draft clinic tomorrow and forgot to remind you about our raffles that are on tonight.

We hold these raffles to help support the ongoing costs, improvements and growth for the grounds.

Friday night we co hosted our first ever Charity Salami Night with Porkbelly Boilers supporting Country Hope. WOW! What a huge success. 😍

Thank you everyone who entered their homemade salami and sausages. We hope everyone enjoyed their night out at our little community owned pub.

You know, good things - REALLY good things are worth waiting for. When the good folk of Grong Grong and the global Grong Grong diaspora bought the pub in 2021 our tiny town was suddenly all over the national news.

Exciting, fun and terrifying for us.
For John Poole of Murwillumbah it was an absolute inspiration!
John watched the news clips, read the stories and he put us on his bucket list.

Five years on and here we all are. A little country pub that’s jumping out of its skin and John and Kathy Poole have camped out the back, enjoyed a drink, eaten a delicious dinner, made new friends, yarned with the locals and given us and their bucket list a helluva big tick of approval.

Thanks so much for putting us on your list John and being determined to get here!!

We love our global roamers and love making sure their visit is top notch. It’s Five years on and The Royal Hotel Grong Grong is becoming a bucket list pub. Lucky it’s a case of mutual admiration.
