Fitted a bed end cover this week. Very simple to fit. 2 channels and some screws from bunnings and some measuring got the job done. Only mod i did was to notch out some channel in the last pic for the roof clips.

Just completed a 3k trip to maroochydore and back. The new bearings were great and the van towed well. Tyre pressure on the van was 70psi, car rears 45psi, car front 38psi and air bags on the car 35psi. Only problem on our trip was the tv stopped working. Turned out to be a 5amp fuse. The fuse box for the 12v system is behind the radio. Remove the 6 screws on the radio face and the fuse panel is on the left-hand side. Reach up and push down on the tab and the cover will come off. I hope this helps.

If anyone has been wondering, yes they do have Chinese bearings. Changed mine out today for timken bearings. The robe requires 4 of the same size bearing. Timken bearing number 25590, race number 25520 and 2 seals 55x85x12. Toolpro bearing tool from super cheap, the largest one is the wright size. You will also need an adjustable wrench about 60mm wide for the castle nut.

Installation of the curved roof rafter. The area's that I have marked need to be removed with a grinder so they can fit into the supplied slot. I measured 51 inches from where the awning arm attaches so the slot has clearance from the arm when closed. The other end I fit into the track of the outer awning, the same track the legs bolt into.

All set for the weekend.
The Aussie Traveller Anti flap kit is working beautifully. The shade sail is from Aussie Traveller. It's a multi fit, so it fits our awning. I chose a smaller size so when I fit the end shade sails I have the option of where I have the easiest and convenient entry.

Fitted the Aussie Traveller Anti flap kit today.
As you can see by the photos I had to modify it just a little bit. On the first photo I had to trim the end off so it would slip into the mounting bracket. The last photo show that I had to trim 75mm off of the end that connects to the van.
The second photo shows the bracket that you need for it to fit onto the leg. All available from Aussie Traveller. I hope this helps. The fit after the mods is fantastic.

I was looking at buying the anti flap kit from ezytrail but found it would have cost $350 and $80 postage. I ended up contacting Aussie Traveller and spoke with them to get the correct information and ended up getting their anti flap kit, spreader bar and a bag for $355 and $60 postage. Better products for the same price. If interested contact Aussie Traveller with your questions. They were very helpful.

Took the Robe out for it's maiden voyage last weekend. Only travelled about 50km up the road to rollingstone caravan park with the van passing with flying colours. Can't wait for the next adventure. The only drawback was there being no anti flap kit when you buy the robe. That's a must as we found out and the first thing on our to do list.
