The warehouse-style Loft Apartments at Adina Melbourne on Flinders are set apart with a separate entrance to the hotel on Malthouse Lane, with the design of the apartments talking to the nostalgia of the lane’s history with their original 1920’s floorboards and high ceilings. You will notice sparks of edginess in the design through the black metal fittings, aged brass finishes and charcoal tones.
