Flexible housing is finally getting the attention it deserves. 🏡

Shellharbour City Council has introduced a two-year pilot program that could make it easier for eligible mobile tiny homes to be used as long-term rental accommodation, without going through the traditional development application process.

It’s an interesting step forward and a sign that councils are beginning to look at more flexible ways to tackle the growing demand for housing.
