We are looking for a full-time live-in manager to help run Sunshine Coast Retreat, a private resort set on 25 acres of beautiful nature with a private 9-hole golf course.
Included is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on the property, making this an ideal opportunity for a couple or family (especially with teenagers who may also like to help out and earn extra income).
This role would suit someone practical, reliable, and motivated—someone who enjoys variety and lifestyle over sitting in an office all day.
Role includes:
• Managing guest bookings and check-ins
• Looking after guests and ensuring a great guest experience
• General resort operations and day-to-day management
• Basic maintenance and handyman work (small repairs, leaky taps/pipes, property upkeep)
• Coordinating cleaners, trades, and contractors when required
• Marketing, advertising, and helping grow the business
• Managing online presence, internet systems, and booking platforms
What we are looking for:
• Strong people skills and good communication
• Handy with tools and problem-solving
• Experience with marketing, advertising, social media, or booking systems preferred
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Honest, trustworthy, and willing to treat the property like your own
• Able to work with a flexible roster and on-call responsibilities as needed

**LIVE-IN POSITION AVAILABLE – PART-TIME WORK + ACCOMMODATION**

We are looking for a reliable person for a **live-in, part-time position** on a private 25-acre retreat.

The role involves mainly:
• Garden maintenance
• General property upkeep
• Landscaping tasks
• Use of whipper snipper, chainsaw, and basic outdoor equipment

This position would suit someone on a **working holiday visa (6–12 months)** or anyone needing immediate accommodation and steady part-time income.

**What’s on offer:**
• Basic private accommodation (bed, shower & toilet – simple, not luxury)
• 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Access to private golf course and tennis courts fresh water creek and football field for the right applicant
