Terms & Conditions:
+All members are required to register with a valid photo ID. (i.e. National ID card, Passport, Drivers License).Members under 18 years of are are required to provide student ID with 2 passport size photos.

+All payments are made through Cash and Bkash

+Your duration limit will start upon delivery of the game or collecting it from our store.

+Home delivery will range from 50-100 taka depending on our Banasree office.

+Any damage to the product is subjected to be penalized and charged to the member's monthly bill.

+BDT 100 per day is deducted from the security deposit if the game is not returned within 12 days from the time of delivery.

+Any kind of theft,criminal activities or not responding to our calls will be reported to Bangladesh Police and very severe and strict governmental actions will be taken.

+Game Geek reserves all right to terminate or suspend membership of any individual.

+All members are required to pay the monthly fees within the allocated time given that is 10th of every month. Failing to pay the bill by the due date will lead to a late fee of BDT 50.00/Day. Membership will be cancelled after 1 week of due date if payment is not received.

+Game Geek does not guarantee the availability of the member's game wish list immediately. If the game is unavailable, the members name will be listed in the waiting list and the game will be delivered according to order. However, members will not be listed in the waiting list until they have returned their game.

+Members are allowed to cancel their membership at any time of the month. The monthly payment for that certain month will be due within three days of the cancellation.

As the current situation still remains unstable due to the pandemic our 3rd party logistic is operating at a very slow pace. This in return has led to us receiving games from clients at a decreased pace too. Therefore, to mitigate this delay and return back to 24-48 hrs delivery operation we are taking 7days off. In the meantime we will do a major restock on returning games like MW, HZD, etc. After we collect the games we will start operating at full swing again from 19th of July. Please bear with us. Hello everybody. We have started operating from today and are doing deliveries through our logistic service regularly. Bills of April and May are no longer needed to be paid. To resume your subscription please pay the bill of June and comply with the rules and regulations of the normal renting process. Since, more people are being affected everyday we highly encourage to stay at home and opt for the home delivery process to get games.
