๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Executive โ€“ Social Media Moderator
๐‰๐จ๐› ๐“๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ž: Full Time (Hybrid)
๐’๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ: 20K (Based on Experience)
๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.

โœ”๏ธ ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

- Graduate in Any Discipline
- Must carry your ๐Ž๐–๐ ๐‹๐€๐๐“๐Ž๐
- Proficient in using Social-Media, Smartphone, and Computer
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in typing with good speed and accuracy in Bangla, English, and Banglish.

๐Ÿ“„ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

- Managing online Social Media Queries (i.e., Facebook, Website, WhatsApp & Live chat)
- Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
- Initiate calls to the customer to make better engagement and sales growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service quality, complaints, and feedback.
- Listening to the customersโ€™ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Social Media Lead follow-ups and convincing potential hosts/guests to engage with Travela.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Any other tasks assigned by the upper management.

๐Ÿ• ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ:

- Full-time Position: 8 Hours (On Roster Basis)
- 6 Working Days per week
- Hybrid Position (1/2 Days in Office at Dhanmondi)
