Travela, Bangladesh's leading short-term accommodation rental platform, is expanding its product team and is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Flutter Developer to help shape the future of its mobile experience.

In this position, you'll develop new features, optimize application performance, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a seamless and scalable mobile experience for thousands of users.

๐Ÿ“‹๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ'๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐จ:
โ€ข Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart.
โ€ข Translate designs and product requirements into responsive, pixel-accurate UIs using Material 3 and Cupertino widgets.
โ€ข Integrate APIs and third-party services, handling authentication, error states, and offline/caching behavior.
โ€ข Implement and maintain clean state management.

๐Ÿ” ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐ž'๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐…๐จ๐ซ:
โ€ข 2-4 years of professional experience building and shipping production mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
โ€ข Strong command of Dart, including async/await, Futures/Streams, null safety, and ideally Dart 3.x features.
โ€ข Solid understanding of the widget tree, layout constraints, and lifecycle.

โœ… ๐๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐‡๐š๐ฏ๐ž:
โ€ข Ability to profile and debug performance issues (jank, memory, rebuilds) using Flutter DevTools.
โ€ข Experience with Clean Architecture or feature-based project structures.

โฐ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Full-time position: 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM.
โ€ข 5 Working Days per week (Friday and Saturday Weekend).
โ€ข On-site position in our office at Dhanmondi.
