Toplodge C16 - 1 bedroom apartment.

A nice sized 2nd floor, one bedroom apartment in a central area of town and wow, just a 9 minute walk to the SKI GONDOLA but also only 18 minutes to the town center.

The apartment is North facing with views of the Rila Mountain range, as its North facing its not too hot in the summer months.. There is a balcony off the lounge, see pictures.

There is shared Internet from the complex in the apartment.

Summer prices
€425 per month, €100 deposit and €40 cleaning fee.

Winter prices - December to March
€450 and minimum 3 months booking in the Winter months. €200 deposit and €40 cleaning fee.

Utilities are costed separately and depend upon your own usage, but as a guideline - Electric and Water.

Summer months - Electric is approx €35 per month and water is €5 to €6.
Winter months - Electric is on average over the 3 months approx. €125 lowest and average €150-€200 per month.

NO Pets and NO Smoking and NO Va**ng.

There is a Mini Market and a laundrette approx 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment boasts solid wooden furniture. The Kitchen has everything you normally need, oven, 2 ring ceramic hob, Kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer, pots, pans etc...... and a small dishwasher!

Main Bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom has a Washing machine, a bath with shower attachment and WC.

Alex 2 - Apt 3 - A nice sized, one bed apartment in Alex 2. Its in a mid town location which is a good location for Summer or Winter as nothing is to much of a walk. There is free parking in the road next to the complex.

Its a 8 minute walk to the Ski Gondola.

Its North facing at the rear of the complex so its cool in the hot summer months.

A nice sized apartment with a dining table to work from in the lounge.

Kitchen with an oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a under counter Fridge Freezer.

Double bed.
Shower in bathroom.

Summer prices.
€415 per month plus a €100 deposit and a one off €40 cleaning fee.

Winter Pricing.
€460 - available MONTHLY (booked 23rd to 4th €200 deposit and a one off €40 cleaning fee.

Internet is included and is individual to this apartment.

Utilities are costed separately and depend your own usage, but as a guide line - Electric and Water.

A small one bedroom apartment, right next to the SKI GONDOLA and an easy walk to the Pirin National Park.

Summer prices.
€360 per month or €325 if 2 or more months are booked in the Summer months, plus a €100 deposit and a one off €40 cleaning fee.

Winter Pricing.
Location next to the Ski Gondola.
€400 per month - €200 deposit and a one off €40 cleaning fee.

This is one of our best locations for people that like to hike in the summer and in the Winter months for those that wish easy access to the Ski Gondola. In Winter it's also close to the cool bars and restaurants that open for the Winter season. There is a small convenience store close by.

Close to the town center, shops, whilst being only a 19 minute walk to the Ski Gondola.

A nice sized apartment with a dining table plus a desk to work from in the lounge. Flat screen SmartTV.
Kitchen with a 2 ring hob, an Airfryer, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster and a mid sized Fridge Freezer.

Double bed.
Bath with Shower in bathroom.

Summer prices.
€410.25 per month (800 leva) plus a 200 leva deposit and a one off 60lv cleaning fee.

Winter Pricing.

Toplodge C15 - 2 bedroom apartment.

A Sunny, nice sized two bedroom apartment close to the top area of town and only a 9 minute walk to the Ski Gondola with lovely Mountain Views.

Toplodge, 2nd floor, Apartment C15 - 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a bathroom and seperate WC. New Washing machine.

From the lounge, main bedroom and balcony there are great Mountain views, there are 2 balconies, one long one S/E facing (sunny) accessed from the lounge and main bedroom and a second smaller N facing one off the second bedroom. People have really enjoyed this apartment, its nicely furnished, its in a good location, shops nearby and with its mountain views, its a lovely place to live for a while.

The apartment is South East facing so it benefits from lower heating bills in the Winter months plus the building is well occupied.

There is shared Internet from the complex in the apartment.

Summer prices
1100 lv per month, €564.10 plus a 200 leva deposit and a one off 80lv cleaning fee.

Winter prices - December to March €799 (1558 leva) per month and minimum 3 months booking in the Winter period.
