Our 4 trainers are making their final preparations before heading to Cyprus for an exciting job shadowing experience! 🏨🌊

πŸ“ They will visit Aktea Beach Village Hotel in Agia Napa, as well as other nearby hotels, to observe their operations, hospitality standards, and staff training practices.

πŸ—“οΈ The mobility will take place in March, lasting 7 days, between March 20 and April 20.

During their stay, they will:
βœ… Learn best practices in the tourism & hospitality sector
βœ… Gain insights into hotel operations and guest services
βœ… Finalize internship agreements for our future trainees

By exploring multiple hospitality venues, our trainers will ensure that participants in the upcoming internships receive high-quality, hands-on training in various hotel environments.
