في إطار التزام مجموعة فنادق الخليج بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية وحرصها على دعم المبادرات ذات الأثر الإيجابي والمستدام، زار السيد أحمد جناحي، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة، المركز البحريني للحراك الدولي، ترافقه السيدة نور الحايكي، رئيس قسم الاتصال المؤسسي والتسويق بالمجموعة، وكان في استقبالهما السيد عادل سلطان المطوع، رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز.

وخلال الزيارة، اطّلع الرئيس التنفيذي على أبرز برامج المركز وخدماته والجهود التي يبذلها في دعم الأطفال وأسرهم، كما التقى الأطفال المشاركين في البرنامج الصيفي وفريق العمل بالمركز.

وقدّمت مجموعة فنادق الخليج خلال الزيارة دعماً للمركز، تأكيداً لحرصها على مساندة المؤسسات التي تؤدي دوراً فاعلاً في خدمة المجتمع.

As part of Gulf Hotels Group’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its support for initiatives with a positive and lasting impact, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ahmed Janahi, accompanied by Ms. Noor Al Hayki, Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing, visited Bahrain Mobility International Centre and were welcomed by Mr. Adel Sultan Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Centre’s Board.

During the visit, the Group’s CEO received an overview of the Centre’s programmes, services and ongoing efforts to support children and their families. He also met with children participating in the summer programme and members of the Centre’s team.

Gulf Hotels Group also extended its support to the Centre during the visit, reaffirming its commitment to supporting organisations that play an active role in serving the community.

وقّعت مجموعة فنادق الخليج مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة سيلفا جيجيري المحدودة لتطوير وإدارة فندق وأجنحة سيلفا جيجيري في شارع الأمم المتحدة (يونايتد نيشنز كريسنت)، إحدى أبرز المناطق الدبلوماسية في نيروبي.

سيضم المشروع نحو 250 وحدة من الغرف الفندقية والوحدات السكنية الفاخرة، إلى جانب مطاعم، مرافق للسبا واللياقة، مساحات عمل تنفيذية ومركز مؤتمرات، ومن المقرر افتتاح المشروع في عام 2028، والحصول على شهادة الريادة في شهادة الريادة في الطاقة والتصميم البيئي (LEED). ويمثل ثاني عقد للمجموعة لإدارة الفنادق في شرق أفريقيا، بعد منتجع أوشن بارادايس في زنجبار.

Gulf Hotels Group has signed an MOU with Silva Gigiri Ltd to develop and manage the Silva Gigiri Hotel & Residence, strategically located on United Nations Crescent in Gigiri, one of Nairobi’s premier diplomatic districts, adjacent to the United Nations Office.

The mixed-use development will feature approximately 250 hotel and branded residential units, alongside dining, wellness, executive co-working and conference facilities, with a 2028 opening targeted and LEED certification pursued.

The project marks the Group’s second hotel management contract in East Africa and supports its asset-light, third-party operating strategy across high-growth African markets.

أعلنت مجموعة فنادق الخليج عن صافي ربح خلال الربع الثاني من العام 2026 بلغ 1.66 مليون دينار بحريني مقابل 2.77 مليون دينار بحريني في الربع الثاني من العام السابق، بانخفاض قدره 1.11 مليون دينار بحريني بما يعادل 40%.

كما بلغ صافي الربح 2.81مليون دينار بحريني مقارنة بربح 5.22 مليون دينار بحريني في ستة أشهر من العام السابق، بانخفاض قدره 2.41 مليون دينار بحريني بما يعادل 46%. ويعود هذا الانخفاض بشكل رئيسي إلى تداعيات التوترات الجيوسياسية التي شهدتها المنطقة خلال الفترة، وما نتج عنها من تأثيرات على حركة السفر والنشاط السياحي في مملكة البحرين والمنطقة.

Gulf Hotels Group reported today its net profit for the second quarter 2026 of BD 1.66 million compared to a net profit of BD 2.77 million for the second quarter 2025, with a decrease of BD 1.11 million representing 40%.

Net Profit of BD 2.81 million compared to a Net Profit of BD 5.22 million in the six months of the previous year, with a decrease of BD 2.41 million representing 46%. This decline was primarily driven by the regional geopolitical tensions experienced during the period, which adversely impacted air connectivity, travel activity, and the broader tourism sector across Bahrain and the wider region.

Gulf Hotels Group has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Conserving Bounties Society, becoming the first hospitality group in the Kingdom of Bahrain to adopt its new partnership model supporting the sustainable management of surplus food. The initiative brings together Gulf Hotel Bahrain, Gulf Convention Centre, Crowne Plaza Bahrain, Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort, and Gulf Catering under a shared commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

By supporting the operational management of surplus food, this partnership aims to reduce food waste, strengthen sustainable practices across the hospitality sector, and encourage more tourism and hospitality establishments to join the initiative, creating a lasting positive impact for communities across Bahrain.

وقّعت شركة الخليج للضيافة، الذراع المتخصصة في خدمات التموين والضيافة التابعة لمجموعة فنادق الخليج، اتفاقية لتقديم خدماتها مع الجامعة الملكية للبنات، ضمن استراتيجيتها لمواصلة التوسع وتعزيز حضورها في قطاع المؤسسات التعليمية بمملكة البحرين.

ووقّع الاتفاقية كلٌ من السيد أحمد جناحي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة فنادق الخليج، والدكتور رياض حمزة، رئيس الجامعة الملكية للبنات، وذلك خلال مراسم أُقيمت يوم الأربعاء الموافق 22 يوليو 2026 في حرم الجامعة. وتجسد هذه الشراكة التزام الطرفين بتقديم خدمات تموين عالية الجودة، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بتجربة الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئتين الأكاديمية والإدارية، ودعم مختلف الفعاليات والأنشطة التي تستضيفها الجامعة.

Gulf Catering, the catering and food services arm of Gulf Hotels Group (GHG), has signed a catering services agreement with the Royal University for Women (RUW), further expanding its presence across Bahrain’s education sector.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Janahi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Hotels Group, and Dr. Riyad Hamzah, President of the Royal University for Women, during a ceremony held on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at the Royal University for Women campus. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality catering services that enhance the campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
