Works in hospitality from when he was 13. Currently he's working as Beam Suntory Brand Ambassador for Italy.
1) The coolest location where you ever mixed a drink.
I had the honor to mix at Camparino in Galleria for a Competition. That is a very beautiful place.
2) What is your favorite drink to mix and which drink do you like best?
I really like to mix Martini Cocktail. I like the traditional way to mix it and the elegance around it. Is also one of my favorite cocktail.
3) What is more important in your job: being the creative head or a "show star"?
I prefer to be creative! Not just at the bar but also in my life.
I don’t spend time only for mix but also for new way to serve or new idea for the bar community. I never think that is just Bar, for me is HOSPITALITY.
