It brings together representatives of science, industry and education to focus on a wide

spectrum of endeavour, from maximising genetic progress in livestock to preserving rare and endangered species. It also fulfills a unique role by facilitating direct dialogue between cutting-edge science, education, and the animal breeding industries within an international context.
