A cluster of ancient trulli tucked into the Itria Valley. Four bedrooms, a pool lost in the olive groves, every detail designed by the person who restored it from scratch.

Cocotrullo is the Puglia retreat of Sonia Cocozza, architecture journalist and interior designer. She found it by chance in a magazine listing.

What followed was a complete transformation, raw stone, refined design, and a space that feels entirely of its place.

Contrada Cinera, in the heart of Puglia’s Valle d’Itria.

Cocotrullo sits within a landscape of olive groves, red earth, dry stone walls and the conical roofs that have defined this region’s rural architecture for centuries.

The project began with a question: how does vernacular architecture evolve without losing what made it worth preserving? Sonia and Paolo dismantled and rebuilt existing trulli, introduced new cones alongside the old, and let the distinction remain visible.

Sonia’s background in architecture and design journalism is present throughout the interiors. Traditional forms sit alongside contemporary pieces, local materials used without becoming decorative shorthand.

The result is informal on the surface, precise underneath. Rooms beneath thick stone walls and vaulted cones, life gradually moving outside towards terraces, olive trees and tables built for long, communal meals.

Jumping Zebras, in context.

A graphic print, a soft pink ground, and a whole room built around the idea of pattern.

Jumping Zebras is one of the prints from our wallpaper collection, created for interiors that want a little more character without losing their sense of composition.

This project embraced the print completely, using it across the apartment to create a continuous visual language.

For something quieter, the collection also explores the same designs in different colourways, allowing the pattern to take on a completely different mood.

Because the right print is about finding the one that makes the space feel like yours.

In the heart of Brera, CocoMilano is both a private home and a creative headquarters, where living, working and visual storytelling come together in one fluid space.

Designed by Sonia Cocozza, the apartment reflects her background as a stylist and her natural way of looking at interiors through composition, colour, light and photography.

The project began with a Londonart wallpaper selected during Salone del Mobile. Rather than being treated as a decorative detail, its graphic language became the starting point for the entire interior, influencing the colours, patterns and visual rhythm throughout the home.

In the living room, the Lowe sofa by Campeggi, Tectonis coffee table by Bonaldo and Airport bookcase by Cattelan Italia are combined with ceramics from ICS Future Village. Each piece adds its own shape and character, creating a composition that feels dynamic without losing its sense of balance.

The kitchen takes this graphic approach further. Inspired by the proportions of graph paper, an oversized grid transforms a previously anonymous corner into a strong visual element. Vitra’s Corniches shelves and ceramics by Beatrice Zinno add another layer of colour, form and personality.

The bedroom introduces a completely different atmosphere. Powder blue and brick red cover both the walls and ceiling, creating an enveloping colour field around a custom designed chest of drawers. Iconic lighting by Ettore Sottsass, G*e Aulenti and Sergio Sarfatti for Stilnovo sits alongside Gio Ponti’s Leggera chair for Cassina, a Twils bed and lighting by Flos.

A project that demonstrates how decoration can become the architecture of an interior, giving an existing space a completely new identity.

It started with a location rental enquiry.

When Jessica and Juliana, founders of Pineh, first approached Le Pink Collective, they were looking for a space to photograph their new collection.

They found Le Pink 605 and Le Germaine Poulain to be the perfect addresses for their first campaign. But what began as a location hire quickly became something more collaborative.

Carol Ferreira joined the project as Creative Director, shaping the visual direction of the shoot, introducing the photographer and working closely with Jessica and Juliana to translate the world of Pineh into images. They wanted it to be elegant, modern and somehow more like a fashion shooting than a product showcase. Bringing the lifestyle of the product into life.

The collaboration continued beyond the shoot. Le Pink 605 later became the setting for Pineh’s launch event, bringing the collection, its founders and community into the same space where the campaign had first taken shape.

This is an important part of how we work at Le Pink Collective. Our spaces can be locations, but they can also become the starting point for creative direction, campaigns, events, content and longer relationships between brands and people.

Le Germaine Poulain was conceived as an immersive apartment, but it has also become a destination for brands, photographers and creative teams looking for more than just a beautiful backdrop.

This campaign for Sarah Chofakian is one of the many stories that have unfolded within its walls.
