Every room at Casa Pacifico faces the same direction. That wasn’t an accident.

Architect Filippo Arpaia planned the restoration around a single view, the Church of San Giovanni a Carbonara, and let it shape all six rooms from there.

Sonia Cocozza took the interiors from that point, working local craftsmanship and everyday Neapolitan references into each space rather than treating the historic building as a backdrop to design over.

The street itself has its own layered history. Centuries ago, Via Carbonara was where the city burned its waste. The name stayed. The neighbourhood became one of the richest in Naples for architecture and daily life.

In 2006, architect Antonio Martino found an abandoned part of a 19th-century apartment in Naples and turned it into Studio Keller, his architecture studio and a place that has hosted years of encounters between friends, architects, artists and creatives from across Europe.

The space became part of a wider network around Naples, bringing people together and opening a different way into the city.

This is the kind of place we are interested in at Le Pink. Spaces shaped by the people behind them, their work, their circles and the city they belong to.

A deep red can completely change the feeling of a room.

Warm, grounding and quietly dramatic, it brings a sense of intimacy to a space while making everything around it feel a little more considered.

Zebras at Copan.

Against the curves and concrete of Oscar Niemeyer’s São Paulo landmark, former Le Pink Zebra brings its own rhythm to the interior.

The jumping zebras repeat across the walls with a certain mischief, somewhere between pattern and character, graphic enough to transform the room without taking it too seriously.

No doors between the kitchen and the dining room this year at Casaornella.

Animale Sociale, the concept behind the 2026 edition, rests on one idea: a home should pull people together, not wall them off from each other.

The kitchen, built by Turati Cucine, opens straight onto Alberto, the octagonal dining table Maria Vittoria Paggini designed for Fratelli Boffi. Mahogany and mirror marquetry, surrounded by the brand’s Nocina chairs.

In the corner, a life-size figure by Tatiana Brodatch watches the table. Part sculpture, part guest.

The living room pairs a Softhouse sofa with a floral ceramic wall by Serenissima. The bedroom goes further: a bed entirely clad in ceramic, the room caught between a safari refuge and a private pool, terracotta against sapphire blue.

Even the table setting is a collaboration. Ceramics from Selvatica, made with Cerasarda and Gruppo Romani.

A cluster of ancient trulli tucked into the Itria Valley. Four bedrooms, a pool lost in the olive groves, every detail designed by the person who restored it from scratch.

Cocotrullo is the Puglia retreat of Sonia Cocozza, architecture journalist and interior designer. She found it by chance in a magazine listing.

What followed was a complete transformation, raw stone, refined design, and a space that feels entirely of its place.
