🌿 Major Progress on Our Belize Land Project 🌿
We’re excited to share two big steps forward in the development of our 64.96‑acre property — and things are really starting to take shape.

💧 Existing Well Confirmed
We’ve located one of the wells on the land, and it’s holding water beautifully. Having an established water source already in place is a massive advantage for future farming, off‑grid living, and sustainable development. It’s one of those discoveries that instantly elevates the long‑term potential of the entire project.

📄 Subdivision Masterplan Submitted
Our full subdivision plan has officially been submitted for approval.
The proposal includes:
• 54 residential parcels
• 1 designated open space
• Thoughtful layout designed for community, nature, and long‑term growth

This submission marks a major milestone. Once approvals come through, we’ll begin the next phase — including road access and early infrastructure — moving us closer to creating a vibrant, eco‑minded community.

As we step into the New Year, I wanted to share a personal update from the land.

Seeing these paths slowly take shape feels very real to me. The initial access and clearing work is now around 50% complete, and for the first time, you can properly walk the land and feel its scale, quiet, and energy. We are opening it up gently, keeping the mature trees, palms, and natural canopy intact — because protecting the soul of this place has always mattered more to me than speed.

This project has never been about building quickly or crowding the land. It is about space, breathing room, and living closer to nature. A place for families, for reflection, for retreat — somewhere you can slow down, grow food, listen to the birds, and create a life that feels intentional.

I am grateful to everyone who has followed this journey, offered support, or simply believed in the vision. There is still a long way to go, but this feels like a meaningful step forward.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year, filled with health, clarity, and new beginnings.

Subdivision Project Update:

We’re pleased to share that the surveyor has now completed around half of the land subdivision, and the work is progressing steadily.
The land has been confirmed as high and dry highland, giving us confidence in the quality of the plots. As this is raw, virgin land, the process naturally takes time, as paths and access areas need to be carefully cleared using chainsaws before further works can continue.
Concrete boundary markers and road markings are scheduled to be placed next week. If everything stays on track, we are hopeful that road filling can begin in early January, bringing the project closer to its final stage.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding as we take the time to do this properly.

🌿 Exciting Progress at the Subdivision! 🌿

I’m happy to share that our surveyor has officially begun work on the entire property, and the individual lot mapping will start next. Everything is finally moving forward, and it’s amazing to see the plans coming to life.

During the survey, the team even discovered a rare species of mouse on the land — a beautiful reminder of how special this environment truly is. 💚
I’m committed to protecting the natural habitat as much as possible while developing the area carefully and sustainably.
