A vacation never to be forgotten! Wow, super service. If you want to feel very special, head to Orchid Garden! After being ill for 8 months & a future unknown, I had a bucket list of activities to tick off. Well, the team at the Orchid not only accomodated the excursions, they have companies that accomodated my disabilities. The onsite team were awesome, from cooks/servers, Debbie, Maria, Blanco to the drivers, Alvarro, Pedro, alias animal spotter & super tour guide Alfredo to the owner Christine who saw to our every requirement with support of husband Jason. Christine actually baked a cake for my husbands birthday celebration. What more could you ask for on a vacation? A competitive price, yep, they had that too. Go for it!

The tremendously accomodating staff at Orchid Garden provided us with
the most amazing vacation any of us had ever experienced. Every day was
a revelation, with wonderful meals, clean and comfortable
accomodations, and tours of fascinating sites and activities in Belize.
The price for our eight-day trip was a phenomenal value, including ALL
transfers and transportation, a spacious room with fridge and private
bath at Orchid Garden for four nights, two nights at the family-owned
La Casa de don David, and two nights oceanside in San Pedro on
Ambergris Caye. Meals except in San Pedro were included, as were
numerous activities and tours, all of which included guides: climbing
the Mayan ruins at Tikal, clambering down into ATM after hiking through
the jungle learning about local flora and fauna, touring the rainforest
canopy on suspension bridges, horseback riding through the jungle,
ziplining, cavetubing, and snorkeling with sharks and rays. Each day
provided a new adventure, and a lifetime of wonderful memories.
What
helped to make the trip so special were our warm and generous hosts at
Orchid Garden: Christine and Jason, Amy and Robin, Cruz and Alfredo,
and the rest of their engaging and hospitable staf f. Everyone went out
of their way to make sure we were having the time of our lives--and we
did! I have never returned from travels abroad so sure that we'll
remain in touch with our hosts and that we'll be returning to make use
of their hospitality again soon. We arrived as strangers and left as
friends--which made our visit to beautiful Belize even more specia
