Today is an incredibly special day for me, because I have the honor of announcing one of our newest Founding Members of Croctoberfest... Seaview, owned by my dad, David Ford.
This sponsorship means so much more to me than just another business joining our mission. It's deeply personal.
It would be impossible to put into words how grateful I am for everything my father has taught me over the years. I truly would not be where I am today without his guidance, his example, and the countless lessons he taught me about what it takes to build something meaningful.
One lesson has always stood above the rest: If you want your business to succeed, you have to be willing to outwork everyone. Don't sit around expecting someone else to build your dream for you. If it takes working 100 hours a week, sacrificing weekends, solving problems late into the night, and doing whatever it takes to make your business successful... then that's what you do.
