The man behind the campground. 🤍

When we packed up our lives and moved across the country to take on a campground, there were a LOT of things we had to learn along the way… and Raul has probably learned more new skills than anyone. 😂

🔨 Handyman
🌱 Groundskeeper
🔧 Maintenance man
🏊 Pool guy
🚜 Equipment operator
🪚 Builder
🐐 Animal caretaker
🧹 Cleaner
💻 Business owner
🔥 And professional problem solver of whatever decides to break that day.

Owning a campground means wearing a lot of hats, and somehow Raul manages to wear them all.

So much of what happens behind the scenes at Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park is because of him. He’s constantly fixing, building, mowing, maintaining, improving and figuring out something new.

He’s truly the backbone of this property and a huge part of the reason everything runs as smoothly as it does. 🤍

Chances are, if you’ve stayed with us, you’ve seen Raul somewhere around the property working on something!

Here’s a little glimpse at the man behind so much of what makes this place run. 🏕️❤️

🎉✈️ TODAY’S THE DAY… GRANDMA IS HERE! ❤️

After counting down the days, the big arrival is finally here! Our little one has been SO excited because Grandma is flying in today! 🥰

And this isn’t just any visit… it’s Grandma’s birthday visit! 🎂🎈 What better way to celebrate than with some quality family time here at Upper Clements?

Grandma is arriving just in time to lend a hand around the campground, enjoy some special time with her grandbaby, and help us get ready for a very exciting new chapter…

👶🏼 Baby #2 will be joining us VERY soon! 💕

We’re soaking up these precious days together before we head off to the hospital and our family grows by two tiny feet. 🥹❤️

🚨 COMMUNITY AED LEARNING OPPORTUNITY! ❤️

We’re so excited to announce that Upper Clements Cottages is getting an AED!

This AED will be accessible not only to our guests, but to our local community as well. We believe that having this potentially life-saving equipment available is something that can benefit everyone.

We got a puppy at 36 weeks pregnant… and brought him to the campground. What were we thinking? 😂🐶

Meet the newest (and definitely cutest) member of the Upper Clements Cottages family! 🐶🤎

Our 10-week-old Bernedoodle has officially joined us for campground life, and he is already getting ALL the attention. 😂🐾

Between running a campground, raising a little one, preparing for another baby, and now puppy life… our days are definitely never boring!

But honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥹❤️

There’s nothing like growing up surrounded by family, animals, and a whole lot of outdoor adventures. 🌲🐶
