We are 10 minutes from downtown Bracebridge Ontario, 15 minutes from Santa’s village, and miles away from everything that doesn’t matter.
Our many amenities include a heated pool, new playground and newly opened social building. The social building houses several table top games such as a pool, foosball, ping pong table and shuffleboard etc, a book and game exchange, laundry facilities and accessible bathrooms.
Throughout the camping season we host several events a month including Christmas in July, Halloween in August, bands, dances, dinners, games.

2022 Northlander Escape Elmira., located at Santa's Muskoka Ridge campground in beautiful Bracebridge. Although it's a 2022 model, it was brand new last year and only used for 1 season. You pay no tax on used park models on a private sale and quick closing available. This beautiful park model is 40ftx12ft and has two bedrooms, one with bunk beds. It has a full size fridge, full size stove, full size shower, electric and propane hot water heater, shed and more. It is located on an absolutely beautiful treed and landscaped lot which gets both sun and shade throughout the day. The newer deck (400 square ft) needs to be finished (stairs and railings), but a good opportunity to put your finishing touches on it. Or you may choose to put on a luxurious add a room. I also have a 10ftx14ft gazebo in the box to put on the deck that can be negotiated.
