📣 NEW FOR 2027: SEASONAL LOT PAYMENT OPTIONS! 🌲🚐
Riverside Camping Adventures is introducing a new initiative to help campers spread out the cost of their seasonal lot!
🌊 Front-row lots: $2,500 per season
🌲 Back-row lots: $2,075 per season
☃️ PAY AHEAD DURING THE OFF-SEASON
You can now make optional payments toward your lot fees throughout the winter. These payments are deducted directly from your seasonal rent, with no financing surcharge, reducing the amount owing when the park opens.
📅 FINANCING AVAILABLE MAY–SEPTEMBER
For both front-row and back-row lots, your remaining balance can be spread over five monthly payments while the park is open. A 15% financing surcharge applies only to the balance being financed.
All payment-plan instalments must be made by automatic withdrawal. A void cheque is required.
💰 EXAMPLE PAYMENT PLANS
These examples assume only your $300 reservation deposit has been paid, with no additional winter payments.
🌊 FRONT ROW — $2,500
Less $300 deposit: $2,200 remaining
15% financing surcharge: $330
Five monthly payments of $506, May–September.
Total including deposit and surcharge: $2,830.
🌲 BACK ROW — $2,075
Less $300 deposit: $1,775 remaining
15% financing surcharge: $266.25
Five monthly payments of $408.25, May–September.
Total including deposit and surcharge: $2,341.25.
Any additional winter payments will reduce the balance financed and the surcharge. Pay your seasonal rent in full before opening and there is no financing surcharge!
Prices and examples exclude applicable taxes. Your payment schedule and total cost will be provided before you commit.
