While reading Spirit Talker by Shawn Leonard, he shares his experiences with spirit communication. I love his personal stories and they resonate with my connection to spirit . I put my book down to make some tea and I noticed a small white feather on the cover ! Not the one that was designed purposefully but a small white one that rested just by the title. It made me chuckle and affirmed that my guides and peeps are with me always !

I trust that spirit has my back 💙
Even going through a painful divorce and a major move to another province, I know that all that I experience is shaping me and helping me see the bigger picture. I’ve had some tough emotional days this winter as I’ve contemplated my future and asking myself difficult questions. What am I willing to release to create the life I want ? What do I want to call in and experience next ? Am I willing to open my heart fully?
I asked spirit for a sign and the eagle appeared right outside my door for a moment . A few minutes later the clouds shifted and the eagle was gone . I am so grateful for this communication .
Spirit has my back and wants me to experience life at its fullest . It doesn’t need to be hard .
I will soar in divine timing !

I am so amazed at the beauty that surrounds me when out in nature…The vast blue sky, the imposing rock pile of the mountains and if you pause and look closely , the amazing delicate pattern of the ice crystals hanging onto the trees. The invitation from nature is to just be where we are . Being in nature is my medicine.

So we jumped in the car and drove to Lake Louise and set out on a magical , ceremonial dip of our oars in the turquoise waters of mamma earth.
