We invite you to explore your inner world through the process of making art — as a way to connect with your emotions, reduce stress, and rediscover joy. We offer a creative space for self-expression and reflection

The group will be guided with a meditation to connect to your inner self, a painting activity to achieve relief from anxiety and stress, a personal results for each person.

All in a nurturing and positive environment. Keeping your 5 senses engaged with music, art, tea, aromatherapy and the touch of the paint on canvas.

Please wear appropriate clothing for comfort and painting.
