Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Marinka at the Frog Point Inn. She is a lovely soul and the Inn is so cozy and welcoming.

Marinka is in the planning stages of hosting some small group crafting retreats.

If you have any desire to get together with a few of your crafty friends and are looking for a great setting....I highly recommend you reach out to Marinka and Shane at the Frog Point Inn.

I am definitely planning a stay!

In some areas of the St Clair, the river has been known to be quite shallow. In this picture taken August 30th, 1976, the Brookdale is shown to be run aground in the river as two tug boats tried to free it.
This boat was carrying 6,993 tons when it ran aground and after being freed on Monday the Brookdale ran aground again the next day as it continued its trip from Sarnia to Wallaceburg.
