Cozy up on the comfortable bunk bed with a queen at the bottom and a single on top. There is a small folding table where you can play board games or enjoy your meals. Grab a blanket from the handcrafted blanket ladder and head outside to enjoy the stars while the frogs serenade you. Your bunkie has traditional oil lanterns to give your evening a natural warm glow.

The Elderberry bunkie is nestled amongst Dogwoods, Maples, & wildflowers. Enjoy a local cider or wine next to the fire pit after a day of exploring the Cowichan Valley and listen to the Cowichan River flowing below. Re-wild yourself in nature by exploring the region's rivers, lakes, trails, vineyards, cideries, and farmers markets.

We are as low impact on the environment as possible, collecting rain water for our outdoor kitchen and bathhouse and using outdoor composting toilets. Recycling and composting are encouraged. Linens, blankets and towels are provided.

The Dogwood bunkie is nestled within our 6 acre property amongst Dogwoods, Maples, and wildflowers. Cozy up in the comfortable king size bed that can turn into a couch during the day. There is a small folding table where you can play board games or enjoy your meals. Grab a blanket from the handcrafted blanket ladder and head outside to enjoy the stars while the frogs serenade you. Your bunkie has traditional oil lanterns to give your evening a natural warm glow.

You will have access to a fire pit and the shared outdoor kitchen area and the bathhouse bunkie, complete with composting toilet and private hot water shower. Your stay will leave you feeling recharged, relaxed and refreshed. Whether you choose to get lost in a good book, enjoy a local cider or wine on your deck after a day of exploring the Cowichan Valley, walk along local paths or mingle at the fire pit while listening to the Cowichan River flowing below, we can ensure that the land will help put your body and mind back at ease.
