During the spring thaw we welcomed Sarah Hübsch from Tourisme Alberta to www.eweneek.ca to learn more about our place. Definitely not my comfort zone but it was a pleasure to sit down for an interview and talk about what the visitors can expect when they GO EAST of Edmonton and Travel Lakeland into the Lac La Biche Region and stay at WEC which is an amazing Dark Sky Destinations location!

We have always known that WEC was blessed with an amazing night sky, but now we know just how special what we offer is. Excited for the opportunity to work with Dark Sky Destinations and put us on the map for Astrotourism!! Bortle 2 skys a mere 2 hours from Edmonton.
