Boil Water Advisory

TOWN OF GLOVERTOWN
BOIL WATER ADVISORY
INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC

The Municipality of Glovertown has issued a Boil Water Advisory
for all residents serviced by the town water as of August 14, 2026.

Consumers are advised to bring water used for the following purposes to a rigourous rolling boil for five minutes:

• drinking
• cooking
• brushing teeth
• washing fruits/vegetables
• making ice
• making coffee/tea etc.
• making juice and other juices from concentrate and powders
• making infant formula and cereal

Note: Council will be checking the chlorine readings regularly and will advise when the order has been lifted.

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
