I invite you to join the October Full Moon Retreat for heart-lifting Cacao, Movement, and Clarity Breathwork surrounded by nature at Wildroots Studio & Retreat!

Powerful shifts and transformation can happen in a short amount of time and breathing in a group can really feel especially potent. The addition of supportively and intentionally sipping Cacao helps to bring awareness to the present moment, brings balance to our inner and outer nature, grounds us, supports our lungs and so much more but it also sets a supportive stage to dive deeper with the breathwork session while opening the heart simultaneously! It may even get you howling at the moon!
