Working with downtown businesses and a community of 300,000+ visitors, Scott MacKendrick and the Spring Garden Area Business Association team have leaned on Voltstack and Instagrid GO portable power stations to bring DJ booths, lighting displays, holiday arches, fire pits, and hot chocolate stands to life quietly, and without cables turning the sidewalk into a trip hazard.

"It's very easy to ruin the sound in a cave. And that breathability was so important because it's definitely not an option to use generators when you're working inside a cave." - Ryan Flanagan, Production Sustainability Advisor

For the crew of a major streaming production, driving a diesel generator into a confined space (in this case a cave) was not an option, as it would pose a severe health hazard due to trapped fumes. The crew solved this by parking the Voltstack 30k near the cave’s entrance and wiring lines inside, providing totally silent, breathable power for the entire setup.
