Over the weekend, we were fortunate to host a celebration for Shawna's Great Auntie Pauline's 90th birthday. It was awesome for us and our kids to spend time and visit with relatives all the way from Ontario and BC! A big thank you goes to the Reinelt family for choosing us as the gathering place for such a meaningful milestone. Our hearts are full!

We spent the day cleaning up the walking trails around our yard! We are busy preparing for a reunion we are hosting here this weekend. It's been an awesome summer at the Nest!

We had a really nice family stay out here this weekend for a ball tournament! We loved seeing them set up the yard games and enjoy our greenspace! It was even more special when their boys invited our boys to play co****le with them, and they went searching for tadpoles in the creek together. Days like this are sure special to us! It truly is what we dreamed of when we started this business.

First fire of the year at Prairie Nest! Our guests had their friends over for supper and enjoyed using our new fire pit! We are so happy to host and get to know this awesome crew!

Taking a moment to express our gratitude to all the amazing people who supported our business in 2025!

We actually went back and counted: we hosted 153 guests last year!! Isn't that cool? We are so excited for what this year brings.

Exciting news!!

The updated snowmobile trail is now only a half a mile from our place!! We are conveniently located close to Daphne shelter along Naicam 219BB and Naicam 219CC.

We look forward to hosting snowmobilers this season, who will definitely enjoy our heated garage bay to store and dry gear, laundry upstairs, fire pit, and large parking area!

We're the perfect resting place along the way, or a great home base to start your next snowmobile trip from!
