We are looking for a dependable and responsive handyman/property maintenance person to support our Airbnb vacation rentals in the Huntsville area.

What we’re looking for:
🔹 On-call for guest-related maintenance issues (occasional evenings/weekends)
🔹 General repairs (drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting, etc.)
🔹 Hot tub and BBQ troubleshooting is an asset
🔹 Ability to respond quickly to urgent issues when guests are staying
🔹 Reliable, professional, and great at communicating
🔹 Own tools and reliable transportation
