Silver Aspen has a nice outdoor area that’s perfect for kicking back on the patio, enjoying a few drinks, and relaxing outside. 🍹☀️ We also have lights all around the fence, so the space has some beautiful outdoor lighting in the evening. ✨

Challenge your family or friends to a game of washers or co****le, and we’ve got some fun outdoor games for the kids too! 🎯

A great little spot to sit back, enjoy the evening, play some games, and make some memories. ❤️🌲

🎒 Back-to-School Sponsorship Update 💙

We have officially closed the nominations for our Back-to-School Sponsorship, and WOW we were absolutely overwhelmed by the response. ❤️

We received 20+ nominations, and while we would have loved to help every single child, unfortunately, as a small local business, we simply don’t have the ability to sponsor everyone.

After carefully going through all of the nominations, we have selected 6 children to receive back-to-school support, along with 4 sensory boxes for children who were nominated. 🎒✏️📚💙

The families who were selected have already been contacted privately.

To everyone who took the time to nominate a child — thank you for trusting us with their story. And to those who nominated someone who wasn’t selected, I am truly sorry. This was not an easy decision, and please know that it wasn’t a reflection of the child or family in any way. ❤️

As a small business, we do our very best to give back to our community whenever we can. We only wish we had the ability to help everyone.

Maybe next year we can make an even bigger impact. 💙

We are now accepting nominations for the annual Joe and Clarice Goodyear Business Awards Showcase. We have eight award categories for this year's showcase, and we're looking for nominations from you to give your opinion on which local businesses are excelling and setting a strong example for others to follow. Our categories this year are:

- Business of the Year Award
- Customer Service Award
- Environmental and Sustainability Award
- Helping Hands Award
- Joe & Clarice Goodyear Business Achievement Award
- Small Business Award

- Young Entrepreneur Award

📢 Exciting News from Silver Aspen Retreat! 🏡

We are excited to announce that direct bookings will be available very soon!

Our property will continue to be listed on Airbnb, and guests are always welcome to book through the platform. However, once our point-of-sale system is up and running, you’ll also have the option to book directly with us and avoid many of the additional platform fees.

To ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, all direct bookings will require:
✔️ A signed rental agreement
✔️ A valid government-issued photo ID
✔️ A damage deposit (held on your Mastercard)

Your damage deposit will be fully refunded after checkout once the property has been inspected and is found to be in the same condition as when you arrived, aside from normal wear and tear.

This process is very similar to what many hotels use and helps protect both our guests and our property while offering you a more affordable booking option.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Silver Aspen Retreat through both Airbnb and direct bookings. Stay tuned—we’ll announce as soon as our direct booking system is officially live!
