The Beachside Bed & Breakfast,is located in the Wapasu Recreation Conservency Park, just minutes off the Yellowhead Highway. We are open year round with 3 accessible guest rooms with all the comforts of home (ensuites with jetted tubs; terrific food; sights and sounds of nature).

We had 2 surprises last night - 2 rooms booked by stranded travellers who couldn’t go any further. This is the review by one of the couples:

We needed a place to stay on short notice due to weather and road conditions. I called Holly after 8 p.m. and she had a room ready for us in 30 minutes. Ron and Holly greeted us at the door with a warm and caring manner. We immediately felt at home in their warm and cozy place. After getting the tour of the facilities, we settled into our room. The accommodations were wonderful- comfy bed, our own ensuite and access to the common area for a cup of tea or many other varieties of hot beverages. Breakfast was fresh muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee/ tea, juice(made by Holly using chokecherries). After driving in horrible road conditions, this home environment was just what we needed to be able to relax. I highly recommend you give this place a try, Ron and Holly treat their guests like family!

A reminder to all the travellers out there- Even though this is the first day of spring, it doesn’t mean you should travel without being prepared. Those spring storms can catch you by surprise!
